Welcome to the Eastern Lakes Region Housing Coalition (ELRHC) website. We appreciate this opportunity to share our goals, information resources and purpose with you. We will share ongoing activities and news regarding affordable housing, workshops and events in our service area and beyond. The ELRHC is affiliated with the Wentworth Economic Development Corporation (WEDCO). We appreciate the ongoing corporate support of WEDCO in our efforts to have a positive impact in our community in the support of affordable, workforce housing. The ELRHC is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization. All donations to the coalition are tax deductible. The ELRHC does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Rentals at Harriman Hill:

The 48 rental units available at Harriman Hill (Wolfeboro, NH) represent the first two phases of the ELRHC housing project which is planned to include a third phase of additional rentals on the 35‐acre site.
